Cyko regularly supplies cylinders to the offshore industry. Blue Offshore, based in The Hague, supports clients worldwide with various offshore activities, such as laying pipes for gas or oil transportation.

For Blue Offshore, Cyko designed eight cylinders, specifically six types, for machines that operate aboard a ship:

• 2 tilting cylinders
• 2 squeeze cylinders
• 1 luffing cylinder
• 1 slewing cylinder
• 1 locking pin cylinder
• 1 hatch opening cylinder

All cylinders are designed and manufactured according to the Lloyd's Register certification. This entails, among other things:

• strength calculations
• all materials of the components are certified and therefore traceable

And of course, no cylinder leaves Cyko without being thoroughly tested!
